- Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and advertising accounts
- Respond promptly to communications and requests for feedback
- Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension until outstanding balances are cleared. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of any custom work created specifically for their project (website designs, ad creatives, content, etc.). CBC SOLUTIONS retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This includes business data, strategies, analytics, and any proprietary information shared during our engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
CBC SOLUTIONS will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Any materials or work product will be delivered upon full payment.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our website without our written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
